Questions, problems, a wrap that won't load? Email support@wrapla.app and include your iPhone model and the name of the wrap. We answer within two working days.
How do I get a wrap onto my car?
- In Wrapla, open the wrap you bought and tap save to photos (or save to Files).
- In the Tesla app: your car → Creations → Wrap → Upload, then pick the PNG you just saved.
- In the car: Toybox → Paint Shop → Wraps tab → tap your wrap.
Needs the Tesla app 4.59 or newer and car software 2026.26 or newer. No phone upload available? Copy the PNG into a folder named Wraps on a USB drive and plug it into the car. The car stores up to 10 custom wraps; remove old ones in Paint Shop to make room.
Which cars are supported?
Every Tesla with the Paint Shop feature: Model S, 3, X, Y and Cybertruck. Because each body style has its own image layout, a wrap ships one file per car version; pick yours when exporting. Some designs are made for specific versions only; the wrap page says which.
Does a wrap change my real paint?
No. A wrap is a picture the car's Paint Shop paints onto its own 3D model on the touchscreen. Your physical paint is untouched.
Wrap Pass
- $9.99 a month, or $59.99 a year (about half price), for 10 wrap downloads every month while subscribed; unused downloads don't roll over.
- Re-downloading a Pass wrap needs an active Pass. Files you already exported stay on your device.
- Buying a wrap for $2.99 makes it yours permanently, Pass or no Pass.
- Manage or cancel in your iPhone's App Store settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a wrap, it is removed from the app.
Purchases missing after a reinstall?
About tab → Restore Purchases. Bought wraps and an active Pass come back on any iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account.
