Privacy Policy.
Short version: Wrapla has no accounts and collects no personal data. Purchases go through Apple. The only thing our server keeps is an anonymous record of which wraps a Wrap Pass subscription has claimed, keyed by Apple's transaction number, so your monthly allowance works across your devices.
What the app does
Wrapla sells digital wrap images for the Paint Shop feature of Tesla vehicles. You browse designs, preview them on a 3D car inside the app, buy them individually or through the Wrap Pass subscription, and export the image file to your phone to upload in the Tesla app.
Data we do not collect
- No account, sign-up, name, email address or phone number.
- No location, contacts, photos (the app only adds an image to your library when you ask it to, and never reads your library).
- No advertising identifiers, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no third-party trackers.
Purchases
All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple shares with us a signed purchase record that contains the product bought, the transaction number and the status of your Wrap Pass. We use it only to deliver the wrap file you bought and to count Wrap Pass downloads. Apple's handling of your payment details is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
What our server stores
- Wrap Pass claims: for each Wrap Pass subscription, the list of wraps claimed in the current billing period, stored under Apple's anonymous transaction number. This is what enforces the 10-downloads-a-month allowance and lets you re-download on another device. It is kept while the subscription is active and for a reasonable time afterwards for support purposes.
- Operational logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps short-lived technical logs of requests (such as IP address, time and the file requested) for security, abuse prevention and debugging. These are not combined with any other data and expire automatically.
Download links for purchased files are signed and expire within minutes; they contain no personal information.
Data stored on your device
Your favorites, downloaded wrap files and preferences live only on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them. Purchases are restorable through Apple ("Restore Purchases" in the About tab).
Children
Wrapla is not directed to children under 13 and we knowingly collect no data from anyone.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to export or correct. If you want the anonymous claim record for your subscription deleted, email us the Apple transaction number shown on your receipt and we will remove it. EU/EEA users can also contact their local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new effective date.
